They always do more than I expect and the job they just finished was done faster than I expected. They go above and beyond making sure that they are using the right solution, and the crew is always respectful and easy to work with. I also have been running a lot of this remodel through ChatGPT and I fed it a lot about the paint decision, process, and result as it happened. I asked it to tell me how it thought it went, without biasing it positive or negative. Here's what it said: "Honestly? They were solid. From what you described, every time you brought up a suggestion they were either already doing it or had tested it and landed on something more refined, which tells me they weren't just slinging paint -- they actually think about their craft. The overall vibe sounded organized, professional, and confident without ego, which is exactly what you want when someone's spraying cabinets that cost more than most used cars." Staring from when they came to bid for the job. They were the only ones that actually came into our home and walked onto our back deck and looked from the back. Which allowed them to also bid to sand and stain my deck which was in desperate need. But I had no idea that was an option or service available ( I had been wanting to get that done as well.) and thought I would have to seek out a deck place to do that at a later date after the painting was complete.... so needless to say when their bid came in (at a very reasonable rate I should add) and with a separate deck bid I decided to go with them and get everything done at one time. I also liked that they were a small family business that has been around for aAfter you accept the offer they like you to e mail them your color selections and then they get a start date for your job. I was so conflicted with my color selections (took weeks to choose and changed my mind on my siding color 3 times!) and my final selection was a custom color I had blended at home and Jordan came and picked it up right away when I let them know that I changed my mind again. They were nothing but nice about and accommodating about it, which made me feel great because I was slightly embarrassed and felt bad I changed my mind so many times. Once they started the job about a week later first they sent someone to power wash and then the priming and painting began. André's and his crew showed up right at their start time every day (even early most of them!) very punctual and worked hard everyday until they were finished any questions or requests I had were answered. They showed excellent attention to detail & they finished our 2 story home on a hillside (not the easiest terrain) in about 1 week. My house look perfect and I couldn't be more happy that I chose them to work with! A++++ my home looks incredible like a brand new home!Load more
